1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dynowall ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. License to Use

Jitendra Patra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on Android devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, or redistribute the App; modify or create derivative works; or use the App for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the videos you use as wallpapers. By using the App, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use any video content you set as a wallpaper
• Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• You will not use the App to display illegal, obscene, or harmful content

Dynowall does not access, upload, or store your video content on any server. All videos remain on your device.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden your device

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Android devices or versions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jitendra Patra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or service interruption arising from your use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dynowall name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of Jitendra Patra. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you violate any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
